We were having consistent sealing issues with our previous foil supplier — the heat seal lacquer was uneven and we were getting returns from the market. A colleague in the industry referred us to Manlax. We started with a trial order of blister foil in 20 micron and the difference was immediately visible on our sealing machine. It's been 14 months now and we haven't had a single batch rejection on account of foil quality. Bhushan ji is also very responsive — calls back the same day, which is not something you always get from suppliers.

What micron variants do you supply?
We supply Blister Foil in 20, 25, and 40 microns. Strip Foil in 30 microns. Custom requirements can be discussed.
Do you supply in small quantities?
Yes. We work with both small formulators and large-scale manufacturers. Minimum order quantities are flexible — reach out and we'll work something out.
Can we get samples before placing an order?
Absolutely. We regularly send samples for testing and approval. Contact us and we'll dispatch within 48 hours.
Are your foils accepted by drug inspectors?
Yes. We are GMP certified and ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our products meet the standards required for primary pharmaceutical packaging under Indian regulatory guidelines.
